“Excellent staff. My wife purchased a new Bernina (Horn) quilt sewing cabinet from them in December. When it came in they promptly notified us and scheduled a delivery. The people that delivered the huge and heavy cabinet was Erich Sunde and his partner. They came a few minutes early, carried it to the basement and had it set up and running within minutes. Very pleasant and respectful folks. Overall, the whole experience was very satisfying and this should be the model for other businesses to follow.”
