2 Block of the Month Clubs that You Need to Check Out at Quilt Quarters in 2024!

Here at Quilt Quarters, we’re offering 2 Block of the Month Clubs throughout the entire year of 2024 that could be just what you’re looking for: the Happy Hues Block of the Month Club and the Scrap Happy Sampler Block of the Month Club.
Happy Hues Block of the Month Club
Explore color and contrast by making a medallion quilt in rainbow hues that radiate out from the center. New patterns will be released on the second Tuesday of each month. Pick up your Shadow Blush fabric in stock at Quilt Quarters and start creating!
The Happy Hues Block of the Month Club differs from the Scrap Happy Sampler Block of the Month Club in that it does not include physically meeting with a group in person. It is self-guided, but you can find all of the Happy Hues information on the allpeoplequilt.com website, join the Facebook group to connect with other quilters, and even share on Instagram with the hashtag #APQHappyHues.

Scrap Happy Sampler Block of the Month by Sherri Noel | Intermediate Level Club
Join instructor Juli Shields for this monthly intermediate quilting club! This is an in person club where members will meet at Quilt Quarters, 9504 Haver Way, Indianapolis. Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. starting February 2024 and ending January 2025. Each month you meet, you’ll be led by Juli Shields to create a fun and happy scrappy quilt (60″ × 75″) by making one block each month.
You will use the following techniques while creating this beauty:
- English paper piecing
- Set-in seams
- Fusible appliqué
- Paper piecing
- Curved stitching
- Foundation paper piecing
- Layering appliqué
- Strip piecing
- Half-square triangles
- Curved border/bias binding
NOTE: We will have an alternative border to make if desired; the included border is a doozy!
